Rachel, Christmas is fast approaching now and although you cannot be here like you used to be, I want you to have your very own christmas tree.
You used to love helping to decorate our tree at home, and this picture reminds me of the trees we used to have, when we decorated them in red baubles, red bows, and the home-made red parcels that your daddy made many years ago. 
I just wish you could have stayed with us. Christmas has lost its magic for us now.
I miss you so much.

hello my name is fiona i've just being reading about your daughter rachel, what a lovely picture.she looks like a happy child. i'm sorry for your loss. i lost my only son ryan 4 months ago he was 11years old  he to had a headache. ryan fell at school on sports day and was rushes to hospilal but died 5 days later. this is the first time i' ve been on the internet and on to this site its later at night and i couldn t sleep, a friend  gave me this web site name so i though i would try it. then i came across rachel and what happened and it sounded so fimilar i had  to send my condolence to you and your family

Happy 10th birthday to a very special little girl.  Daddy, Laura and I miss you so so much and no words can explain how much we really wish you were here with us today. This is now your second birthday away from home and in some ways this year seems worse than the last. Every day is sad for us now, but these 'special' days make us a little bit more sad.

I have made some cards and poems to put on your grave for your birthday and I have bought a 'Me To You' balloon which I will tie to your bunny rabbit. I decided to make you a birthday card this year, because you and Laura always used to enjoy making me and Daddy birthday cards when it was our birthdays. 

I am sure you will have a wonderful birthday in heaven with your new angel friends. I do know there will be lots of children with you, because I have 'met' their mummies.

Please know that Daddy and I will always love and miss you.

It's Bonfire Night!!  / Mummy

         
             

Hey Rachel!


                 

It's Bonfire Night - another one of those times you weren't really happy about.  I can remember you always wanted us to have fireworks, but then spent most of the time watching a video in the lounge!!!  Again, your Daddy was the one who always lit the fireworks (and more often than not it was raining)!

I am sure though by now you would have started to feel a bit happier about fireworks and tonight perhaps you may have wanted to go and watch a bonfire somewhere. I don't know.

There will be lots of angel children  to look after you tonight - I feel sure you will have a good time.

I will be thinking of you all the time.  Love you all the world.
